Privacy Policy

1. Who controls your data

TurnKey I.T. Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data processed through PropCalc (propcalc.co.uk). Registered office: 3 Pegasus House, Pegasus Court, Olympus Avenue, Warwick, Warwickshire, CV34 6LW. Contact: support@turnkeyit.co.uk.

2. What we collect

  • Account data: email address, name, password (stored hashed), email verification status, and account status.
  • Billing data: subscription status and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers. Card details are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage & deal data: property analyses you run or save (addresses, assumptions, calculations, notes, uploaded images where applicable), and trial search usage.
  • Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, and session cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect the service.
  • Support: content of emails or messages you send us.

3. Why we use your data

We process personal data to:

  • provide and secure the PropCalc service (contract);
  • bill subscriptions and manage trials via Stripe (contract / legitimate interests);
  • send transactional email such as password resets, email verification, and welcome messages (contract);
  • improve reliability and prevent abuse (legitimate interests);
  • comply with legal obligations where applicable.

4. Processors and sharing

We use trusted processors to run PropCalc, including payment (Stripe), email (Postmark), hosting/infrastructure providers, and data enrichment services used to power market context features. They only process data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some processors may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms required by UK data protection law.

6. Retention

We keep account and deal data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward (for example to resolve disputes or meet legal record-keeping needs), then delete or anonymise it. You can delete your account at any time from Account on the website or Settings in the iOS app, or by emailing us.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). To exercise rights, email support@turnkeyit.co.uk.

8. Cookies and sessions

We use essential cookies/session tokens so you can sign in and use PropCalc securely. We do not use advertising cookies on the core product. You can block cookies in your browser, but signed-in features will not work without session cookies.

9. Children

PropCalc is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Significant changes may also be communicated by email where appropriate.
